INGREDIENTS

BCAAs: Aminotaur has 7 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) with 5 grams of leucine and 1 gram of isoleucine and valine. Though not at the normal 2:1:1 ratio, Aminotaur doesn’t cheap out on the muscle building top dog, leucine. BCAAs will help accelerate muscle protein synthesis, recovery, and spare glycogen during intense workouts. BCAA’s can be especially effective when in a caloric deficit as they have anti catabolic properties that can help preserve muscle when dieting down.

EAAs: Aminotaur has 3.5 grams of Essential Amino Acids. EAAs are amino acids that the body cannot produce and need to come from food. EAAs help create new muscle tissue in the body as well as promote recovery. In conjunction with BCCAs (which are also EAAs), you create a well rounded muscle building environment for your body.

L-Carnitine Tartrate:  Aminotaur had 1 gram of L-Carnitine. L-Carnitine is a thermogenic amino acid that helps stimulate fat loss. You will also see some energy and endurance properties to this compound.
