I wake up frequently in the night to use the restroom, as I drink a ton of water throughout the day. It can effect my sleep cycle quite a bit. Sleep Fyool keeps me asleep longer, and helps me fall back to sleep quicker after waking up to go. I feel more refreshed and alert in the morning, with no groggy or dragging feeling. I've used other sleep aids in the past that made me feel anxious and heavy before falling asleep, but Sleep Fyool does not. Highly recommend for anyone who would like some assistance in getting adequate sleep.
