CDP-choline

CDP-choline is a nootropic compound often found as a standalone compound or in non-stimulant and stimulant pre-workout powders. This compound boosts dopamine levels in the central nervous system while improving the users attention span (1). CDP-choline is often mentioned with Alpha-GPC, as they are two of the three choline-containing phospholipids (the other being lecithin) that can be supplemented orally (2). CDP-choline can also be used to combat or treat memory loss in aging adults (3).

When to take CDP-choline

CDP-choline can be taken twice daily, spaced evenly, at 500mg-2000mg doses. This compound can be found in pre-workout powders or as a single compound in powder and pill form.
