How does creatine work?
Our bodies main source of energy is ATP (adenosine triphosphate). After our muscles use up available ATP during resistance training, is turns into ADP (adenosine diphosphate); an unusable bi-product. Creatine can turn ADP back into ATP and provide your body with more energy to keep going.
There are many forms of creatine. Creatine anhydrous, creatine monohydrate and creatine hydrochloride to name a few. PES TruCreatine+ features Creapure®, pure creatine monohydrate. During the micronization process, a water molecule is added to the creatine to improve its solubility, producing creatine monohydrate.
For the best results, consume creatine on a daily basis.
