Kelli Thomson is a USPA powerlifter. Her best meet to date was her most recent, where she squatted 440 lbs, bench pressed 275 pounts, and deadlifted 501 lbs. Kelli had a lifetime goal of deadlifting 500+ and hit the mark with ease. Kelli spent most of her life in bodybuilding so her training consists of a lot more volume than you would typically see from a powerlifter.
