Centurion Labz was started by two doctors in Langhorne, Pennsylvania in 2014 — inside a local gym. It spread to other gyms, then to independent retail shops, and eventually to international distributors.
Coalition Nutrition opened in 2014 too. Two Bucks County businesses, the same year, both built the same way: by talking to people who actually train, in person, rather than by advertising at them.
Centurion still describe themselves as "Independent. Retail-Born." — and the owner still personally answers customer calls. That is the same reason our staff work on no commission. When you build a business inside a gym, the person you sold to last week is standing next to you this week. It keeps you honest.
We would stock these products on the formulas alone. The fact that they started here is a genuine pleasure.
Why a stack rather than one stronger tub
This pairing exists for a physiological reason worth understanding.
Stimulants cause vasoconstriction — they narrow blood vessels. Citrulline and glycerol do the opposite. In any single high-stimulant pre-workout, those two halves partially work against each other.
Splitting them into two products solves that. God of Rage handles energy, focus and intensity. Blood Rush handles blood flow and fullness with no caffeine at all — so you can push the pump side hard without adding to your stimulant load.
You can also scale them independently. Half a scoop of Rage with a full scoop of Rush on a day when you want pumps without the intensity. That flexibility is the real argument for a stack, and it is the same logic Axe & Sledge apply on our HWMF page.

Credit where it is due on the citrulline labelling. Centurion state "L-Citrulline Malate 2:1" rather than just "citrulline" — which is the honest way to write it. At 2:1, 6,000mg of citrulline malate delivers around 4g of actual citrulline. Plenty of brands would print "6g citrulline" and leave you to find out.
Third-party testing every lot is unusual at this end of the market and worth noting.
⚠ 425mg of caffeine plus alpha-yohimbine and eria jarensis
This is a genuinely strong product and the warnings matter.
425mg of caffeine exceeds the 400mg daily figure the FDA cites for healthy adults — in one scoop.
Alpha-yohimbine (rauwolscine) is an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist, considerably more potent than standard yohimbine. In a meaningful share of users it produces anxiety, elevated heart rate, nausea and sweating. It is the ingredient people react to, not the caffeine.
Eria jarensis is a phenylethylamine-type stimulant, included for mood and euphoria.
Not for tested athletes. Not for beginners. Not for anyone with a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, arrhythmia or an anxiety disorder.
Centurion's own guidance is unusually responsible, and we would repeat it word for word: start with half a scoop, never exceed one scoop in 24 hours, and do not stack it with other caffeine sources on the same day. They call it "BE PRESPONSIBLE" — power with caution. Follow it.
Two useful practical notes
Small white particles in your shaker are normal. The stearic acid component of glycerol monostearate does not fully dissolve in water. That is the ingredient being present rather than a fault — mix with at least 10 to 12oz and shake well.
Do not leave the tub in a hot or cold car. Temperature swings cause clumping and degrade actives. Centurion recommend using it within 90 days of opening.
Glycerol at 3,000mg is a serious dose
Glycerol works on an entirely different mechanism from citrulline: citrulline widens blood vessels, glycerol pulls water into muscle cells. Vascularity versus fullness.
Glycerol relocates water rather than creating it, so hydration determines whether it works at all. Be well hydrated before training and keep drinking through the session — several customer reviews specifically mention needing extra water with this stack, and they are right.
On the AstraGin absorption figures
Centurion cite AstraGin increasing citrulline absorption by 45%, arginine by 67% and beta-alanine by 25%.
Those are ingredient-manufacturer figures. AstraGin is a reasonable inclusion with a plausible mechanism, and 25mg is within the usual range — but treat specific percentage claims from supplier-funded research with appropriate caution, as we do with S7 elsewhere in our catalogue.

How to take it
- Start with half a scoop of God of Rage in 10 to 12oz of water, 15 to 30 minutes before training.
- Never more than one scoop in 24 hours. Centurion are firm on this and so are we.
- Blood Rush can be taken alongside — combine both in 24 to 28oz of water, or mix separately.
- Blood Rush alone on evening or deload days, since it contains no stimulants.
- No other caffeine sources on a God of Rage day.
- Drink more water than you think you need. 3g of glycerol demands it.
