How To Take

I LOVE Rule 1 Protein Naturally Flavored and Sweetened. I put a scoop of vanilla in my oatmeal in the morning and a scoop of chocolate in my cashew milk after my workout. It's fantastic!

So far I like the flavor and using it to stay on track with my meal plan.
Not usually crazy about flavored whey proteins, as I prefer unflavored (they usually feel a little lighter and are virtually tasteless). but the rule 1 mixes so well. And I love that they offer that in a natural formula. The vanilla isnt as good as their chocolate, in my opinion, but still pretty tasty.
