Centurion Labz Nemesis — Stim-Free Pump Formula for Stacking

No reviews
Centurion Labz NemesisA stimulant-free pump formula designed to stack alongside Centurion's pre-workout range — or to be used on its own when stimulants are not wanted.Founded in Langhorne, Pennsylvania — the same town, the same yearCenturion Labz was started by two doctors in Langhorne, PA in 2014 — inside a local gym. Coalition Nutrition opened in Langhorne in 2014 too.Same town, same year. This brand grew out of the same few square miles we did, spreading from that one gym to other gyms, then to independent shops, and eventually to international distribution. It was acquired in 2020 by Trevor Bower, who found it at the Arnold Sports Festival in 2016.Centurion Labz maintains full label transparency and third-party tests every batch — which is why we still stock it.Why stim-free pump products exist at allThere is a genuine physiological reason, and it is not obvious.Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. Citrulline and glycerol are vasodilators. They work against each other to a degree — which means a very high-stimulant pre-workout partially undermines its own pump. That is why splitting the two jobs often works better than one very strong tub. A moderate stimulant product plus a dedicated stim-free pump formula frequently produces a better pump than the strongest single product on the shelf. The other reasons to own one: Evening training. Caffeine has a long half-life, and sleep matters more than the session Cycling off stimulants. When you deload caffeine to reset tolerance, you do not have to lose your pump as well Stimulant intolerance. Plenty of people train hard and simply cannot take caffeine Topping up a weak pre-workout without adding to your caffeine totalThe two halves of a pump — and why both matter"Pump" is really two separate mechanisms, and a good product covers both. Blood flowWidening the vessels so more blood reaches the muscleCitrulline, nitrates, agmatine Cell volumeDrawing water into the muscle cells themselvesGlycerol, taurine, betaineWidening the pipes and filling the cells are different jobs. A product covering only one addresses half the problem — which is why the best pump formulas combine a vasodilator with an osmolyte. And nitrates are a third route. Citrulline feeds nitric oxide synthase; nitrate is reduced to nitrite and then nitric oxide, bypassing that enzyme entirely. Genuinely additive rather than duplicative.⚠ If your formula contains any nitrate source, skip antibacterial mouthwash on training days. The first conversion step is performed by bacteria on your tongue rather than by your own cells, and mouthwash kills them — substantially blunting the effect.⚠ Glycerol requires waterThe most common mistake with any glycerol-containing product.Glycerol works by pulling water into muscle cells. If there is not enough available, it draws from elsewhere — leaving you flat, headachy or worse rather than full.Drink considerably more water than usual on the days you take this, well beyond the amount you mix it with. That is how the ingredient functions rather than general advice.Specs TypeStimulant-free pump formula CaffeineNone LabelFully disclosed, no proprietary blends TestingThird-party tested every batch⚠ Check whether your tub contains beta-alanine. If it does, and your stimulant pre-workout does too, you will be doubling up — which mostly means doubling the tingle rather than the benefit, since beta-alanine works by accumulation over weeks.Nemesis or Blood Rush?Centurion make both stim-free pump products, and they are designed to complement the range rather than compete. Build to a full scoop. Drink plenty of water through the session if it contains glycerol. Stack it with any stimulant pre-workout — it adds nothing to your caffeine total. Or use it alone in the evening. Skip antibacterial mouthwash on training days if it contains nitrates. Check for beta-alanine overlap with your pre-workout.Who this is for Anyone wanting a bigger pump than their pre-workout delivers Evening trainers who cannot take stimulants late Anyone deloading caffeine who does not want to lose their pump Stimulant-intolerant lifters People already using a Centurion pre-workout, since this was built to pair with themWho this is not forAnyone wanting energy. There are no stimulants here — that is the point.Anyone who will not drink extra water, if it contains glycerol.Anyone whose pre-workout already covers all three pump mechanisms at full doses.Anyone on blood pressure medication, without speaking to a doctor. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing.Stack it with: God of War or God of Fire, and creatine daily.Frequently asked questionsDoes it contain caffeine? No. It adds nothing to your daily stimulant total, which is why it stacks with any pre-workout and suits evening training. Why would I want a separate pump product?Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and citrulline a vasodilator, so a high-stimulant pre-workout partly works against its own pump. Splitting the jobs often produces a better result. What is the difference between blood flow and cell volume?Blood flow widens the vessels; cell volume draws water into the muscle cells themselves. Different mechanisms, and a good pump product covers both. Why do I need extra water? If it contains glycerol, that ingredient works by pulling water into muscle cells — without enough available it draws from elsewhere, leaving you flat rather than full.Nemesis or Blood Rush? Both are fully disclosed, so compare the panels and pick whichever fills the gap in your current pre-workout. Blood Rush contains no beta-alanine, which makes it the cleanest stacking option. Can I use it in the evening?Yes — there is nothing here to affect sleep. Why does mouthwash matter? If it contains a nitrate source, bacteria on your tongue perform the first conversion step. Antibacterial mouthwash kills them and blunts the effect.Should I check for beta-alanine?Yes. If both this and your pre-workout contain it, you are doubling up — which mostly doubles the tingle rather than the benefit. Read more
